Depression & Anxiety

Depression affects more people than any other mental disorder. Our center provides pharmacological treatment for chronic pain associated mental health disorders like major depression, bipolar disorder and dysthymia as well as the disorders that commonly occur alongside depression such as anxiety and substance abuse.

Anxiety is a natural, normal part of life. However, a persistent and overwhelming type of fear or worry that interferes with a person’s ability to lead a normal life is considered a form of mental illness. Anxiety disorders affect an estimated 40 million Americans, usually beginning by adolescence or early adulthood. Anxiety disorders are diagnosed about twice as often in women than men.It is also one of the common cause of substance abuse like alcoholism and opioid dependancy.
